John A. Lack is best known for creating MTV, the broadcast vehicle now an integral part of global culture. Formerly the co founder and CEO of Firebrand, Lack also developed and launched The Movie Channel and Nickelodeon as COO of Warner Amex, and ESPN2 while he was EVP of Marketing and Programming at ESPN. Lack recently served as an advisor to Tweak, a new video messaging platform and CUR Music, the next generation Social Music Experience. Lack also held positions as CEO of ACTV, an interactive television technology company now owned by Liberty; CEO of i3 mobile, the parent company of PRONTO and the leading provider of innovative wireless media solutions, and Managing Director of Stream, Telecom Italia's pay television company now part of Sky Italia. Lack previously spent nine years at CBS, including stints as VP/General Manager of WCBS News 88 and VP/General Manager CBS Radio SpotSales. John's extensive experience with broadcast, interactive and wireless media companies make him uniquely qualified to bring these great paradigms together.
